2、 Application cases
Tilting aluminum melting/holding furnace
In the tilting aluminum melting/holding furnace, the main part uses Siemens 1200plc to expand the PM series PROFINET distributed IO module, and the PM series i/o channel is isolated, which effectively suppresses the influence of external interference sources on PLC; Various forms of filtering are used for power supply and lines, so as to eliminate or suppress high-frequency interference.
The input module receives various control signals from the equipment and the acquisition of analog quantities (the equipment has a large number of thermocouple sensors). These signals are converted into signals that can be recognized and processed by the central processing unit through PROFINET, and then stored in the input image register. At runtime, the CPU reads the input information from the input image register and processes it, and stores the processing results in the output image register.
The output module is used to drive the actuator of controlled equipment such as solenoid valve, contactor and indicator light.
