The difference between surge protector and signal surge protector

Surge protector and signal surge protector are the same project, also called arrester, referred to as SPD. SPD is suitable for AC 50/60HZ, rated voltage 220V to 380V power supply system (or communication system), can protect the surge caused by indirect lightning strike and direct lightning strike or other instantaneous overvoltage. The surge protector is suitable for the surge protection requirements of domestic housing, tertiary industry and industrial fields, and has relative phase, relative center line, ground center line and combination thereof.

Remote io module manufacturer: advantages of remote io module applied to building automation system

Remote IO module manufacturer analysis For building automation system, each data acquisition control point is linearly distributed in each layer, so it is very suitable for cascaded Ethernet remote IO module to realize data acquisition and control. The cascaded ethernet remote io module supports data exchange at the MAC layer and can be connected manually. This can not only save the switch interface, but also reduce the cost, wiring space and wiring cost of a large number of Ethernet cables. Then, let's learn about the advantages of remote io module applied to building automation system with remote io module manufacturers!

China Shows Supply Chain Resilience Under Epidemic Multinational Enterprises Accelerate Industrial Automation Layout

China Shows Supply Chain Resilience Under Epidemic Multinational Enterprises Accelerate Industrial Automation Layout [Dai Pu mentioned that China is already in a leading position in the value chain of electric vehicles, from chemicals and materials injected into batteries to electric motors. At the same time, China's supply chain system is also in a leading position in industries such as solar photovoltaic, wind turbines, nuclear energy and telecommunications equipment.] From the Tesla Super Factory in Shanghai to GE Healthcare's contrast agent production line, China's multinational companies are actively responding to the new crown epidemic, global linkages, accelerating the transformation and upgrading of industrial automation, and trying to reduce the impact of the epidemic. In an interview with CBN on April 3, Dai Pu, co-president of Roland Berger's Global Management Committee, said, "China is experiencing the huge challenges posed by the new crown epidemic in the short term, but in the long term, the fundamentals of China's economic upturn remain unchanged." Dai Pu has worked and lived in China for many years and has witnessed profound changes in China. In his view: "The epidemic is making companies pay more and more attention to operating costs, improve efficiency, accelerate industrial automation and digital transformation, and demand is returning to rationality." He also said that China has still demonstrated its resilience in the global supply chain under the epidemic, especially in emerging industries such as electric vehicle manufacturing. Dai Pu mentioned that China is already in a leading position in the value chain of electric vehicles, for example, from chemicals and materials injected into batteries to electric motors, covering various industries. At the same time, China's supply chain system is also in a leading position in industries such as solar photovoltaic, wind turbines, nuclear energy and telecommunications equipment. Take the American electric car giant Tesla as an example. Although Tesla's super factory in China has experienced several days of shutdown in the past quarter to meet the epidemic prevention requirements, the latest delivery and production data released by Tesla on April 2 show that, benefiting from the capacity improvement of China's super factory, the production and delivery in the first quarter still increased by nearly 70% year on year. Tesla's Chinese supply chain has benefited Europe, and in the past quarter, Shanghai's super factory has continued to maintain its position as a global export center, exporting electric vehicles to many European countries. Dai Pu said: "At a time when the global neo-crown epidemic has caused supply chains to be disrupted, China's manufacturing industry has provided new options for global supply chains, which are gradually recovering this year and the status of China's supply chains in the world has changed." Yokogawa, a Japanese supplier of industrial automation systems, is also actively responding to the supply chain logistics challenges posed by the outbreak. Dr. Dai Yu, director and senior vice president of Yokogawa Electric Co., Ltd., told CBN: "The senior management of Yokogawa Electric Headquarters attaches great importance to the epidemic and has established a special cross-departmental and cross-regional global linkage response team to deal with supply chain logistics. Ensure emergency needs related to the safety of personnel and property, as well as the supply guarantee of key projects under construction, and strive to minimize the impact of the epidemic." Yokogawa is enabling manual operations through industrial autonomous systems to accelerate the design and optimization of low-carbon new product processing processes throughout the value chain. According to a recent survey report released by Yokogawa Electric, more than half of the surveyed enterprises are expanding the deployment of industrial autonomy in multiple facilities and business functions to reduce the burden of manpower. "With the help of industrial autonomy technology, we can establish a comprehensive large system model of the entire supply chain, industrial chain and energy supply and demand of the enterprise, and realize the optimal management of the whole life cycle such as battery energy storage." Dai Yu said. He also said that in the future, the industrial automation industry will pay more attention to responding to and solving urgent problems in social and sustainable development, including global epidemics, global warming, resource shortages, environmental pollution and other challenges. GE Medical also said that the company's contrast agent factory located in Newton Road, Zhangjiang, Shanghai, once carried out closed-loop production management, with nearly 100 employees working in the factory to fully guarantee the daily production of 40000 bottles of contrast agent. "After receiving the epidemic prevention notice last month, the factory urgently organized a small number of employees, quickly coordinated, organized various materials and prepared materials to ensure small-scale production and meet the production demand of the first quarter order." GE said, "We will strictly follow the relevant epidemic prevention and control requirements and measures in various places, and make every effort to ensure the production of medical equipment and the daily operation of the business on the premise of protecting the health and safety of employees."
